And…cue winter.

And just like that, winter is back. It's been so balmy here, mid to upper 40's the last couple of days and then last night whammo, snow! Here's a pic this early mornin in my backyard.

color of the month- Winter White

Starting off the New Year with a prompt color of the month! Clean, fresh, white-like a new slate. My wish for the New Year is that people will be more honest, ethical, responsible, and respectful to others in both their personal and professional lives. Happy New Year Everyone!

Fave pieces the lovely hobnail vases, the obscure melmac cups and saucers. Cups are by Daileyware and the saucers are unmarked. Also the triangular casserole I just picked up the other day is by Inland Glass, new to me! Fun to still find vintage housewares that I don't know about!

I realized I've never shown the table without a tablecloth so here is my vintage faux bois formica top table from my grandma's house. Loaded up with vintage white melmac from Marcrest and Imperial Ware. Check out the awesome vintage snack plates with cup holders. Grounded by white doilies and I've also never mentioned my fantastic vintage silverware pattern which is Twin Star by Oneida, from my other grandmother. I'm so pleased to have little pieces of them with me all the time.
