color of the month- Sunshine Saturday

Brrr! It’s so very cold here in snowy Michigan! I’ve been missing the sun and so a nice cheery yellow seemed more than appropriate for the month of January!

Sunshiney yellow was calling my name as I daydreamed about it on a very chilly winter's day! Fab vintage glassware, salt and p's, a yellow pencil sharpener, string can, trays, and fun vintage planters, plus the awesome vintage mushroom tea towel it all sets on were on deck. Oh and the pan mending kit, and laundry sprinkler, plus the usual melmac all come together to make a cheery distraction!

It's been awhile since I did one of my table settings and a cold gray wintery January day was a great excuse to do this cheery yellow setting! Yellow melmac, of course, sits on a gorgeous yellow rose tablecloth, with vintage salt and p's, a vintage Burrite pitcher, and awesome giant ice tea tumblers with leaf design! Plus my new fave flower, a green trick dianthus, sits amongst some cheery mums. Now, who wants to come over for dinner?
